Future Dreams, Endless Possibilities

Join me as I travel, visiting Friends, Family and Fun places, to see this beautiful country and possibly discover a new path for my life's next adventures. I promise to share with you the Good, the Bad, the Ugly and the Awesome!

Merry Christmas!!!

For those of you sharing Christmas around a Tree, Greetings and Merry wishes from the Gulf of Mexico!

My friends from the St Louis area – Stacey and Jeff. I am so happy they came to spend this special time with me, and double grateful to Steve and Linda for sharing their home while they were away! We got some beach time in, wandered around Dunedin, Jeff played golf three times, and we had a fabulous Christmas dinner with new friends!

Rick & Kay – Awesome peeps! Kay used to work for Stacey’s ex-husband. I just love how people reach out and open their arms at this time of year! And the prime rib was delicious! Oh and they gifted us with scratch off tickets! I won $18! I gave it back to them to go buy Mega Millions lottery tickets since it is over a billion dollars right now. If I win, I’ll be sharing!!

This is a picture from Chapel by the Sea in Clearwater where we went to Christmas Eve service last night. They had a real choir instead of a band and sang all the good oldies! It was wonderful!

I didn’t know where this journey was going to take me when I set out. I left on faith and have been following the path laid out for me ever since, which has brought me many blessings – special time with family, time with old friends, meeting a lot of new friends, seeing places I’ve never seen, playing a bunch of volleyball and spending time with myself. 2024 has been a very challenging year and I am happy to move on. I can’t wait to see where life takes me in 2025 – it’s going to be an amazing year!!

Thank you all for reading this and for being so supportive. I love hearing from you. I never planned to be in one place for so long, but I wouldn’t change anything about my stay in Clearwater. Cliff and I are hitting the road tomorrow – New Year’s Eve in Dallas!!!

Tip of the day: I didn’t mention that I took a road trip while I was here – next post – but my tip is: Avoid Atlanta if you can! The traffic there is horrible EVERY day! I am sure there is a way around.

Jealous of your beautiful Christmas weather. Can’t wait to see you and bring in the New Year with you my bestie. Drive safe and don’t let Cliff lead you astray. LOL

P.S. Atlanta is the worst traffic ever.
