Last Friday marks 6 months on the road!
I was going to tell you about my trip to Key West, then I realized that I haven’t finished Clearwater yet! This will be a quick catch up because I have other things to talk about, AND I’ll be moving fairly quick for the next week, so you might see multiple posts.
Finally made it to a Spring Training game. I got tickets from one of the Blue Jays coaches. Of course, that was a Steve connection – he knows everybody!

We heard the Canadian AND US National Anthems, as well as a cool theme song just for the Jays. It was fun and we beat a torrential downpour by about 30 minutes. My luck was not to last in this area.
I know I’ve mentioned Dunedin probably too much (it really is time to get moving and see new sites!), but it’s a nice walk down Pinellas Trail which runs along the side of Steve’s property

and I love Saturdays there. This particular Saturday had a Seafood Festival on one end of town, a Farmers Market on the other end, and a music festival spread all over town.

Not a bad way to spend a beautiful afternoon, but I had to rush back so we could ride bikes to dinner along the same path – so convenient! We met up with the Rambo’s, then shifted to their beautiful home

Can you imagine seeing that every night?
I finished my stay with a little ‘Linda’ time on the water

On to St Augustine where I finally got to play some volleyball, so much fun, and look!

My tiny home all snug as a bug in Dave’s garage. Top of the line accommodations! The house and view weren’t too bad either 😉

Complete with a little baby duck swimming in his pool. I thought I caught him in this picture, but he slipped by.
I drove to St Augustine, we played 2 hours of doubles beach volleyball, and immediately got in the car and headed to the Miami area. Can you tell where we stopped for dinner?

My first meal at a Cracker Barrel! I guess these peg board games are a thing there. I was horrible at it! Contrary to popular belief, not all CBs are welcoming to campers staying in their parking lots, but I guess they can’t stop it since I see at least one camper at every CB I pass. Oh, and that’s Dave. I was proud of him for keeping his eyes on the road while I was taking a selfie. Thanks for letting me borrow him, Roz! First time in months that I was a Passenger!
Key West coming up next!
Tip of the Day: Remember where you put things! You’re not going to believe what I misplaced this time in addition to my speaker. I know it’s hiding here somewhere.
PS Just found my speaker!
