Hello everyone! I can’t believe I am actually blogging, but many of you have asked me to keep you posted on my travel adventures, SO I’m giving it a whirl.

This idea started a little over a year ago when my mother suddenly passed, and shortly after that, my daughter bravely moved to NY. I miss them both in different ways, and I feel a bit of a hole in my life. I am proud of Shyla (she is doing well in NY), and with my son Cameron also on solid ground and completely independent, I realized that it was time for me to figure out what is next for ME.

I love Colorado, but after 22 years here, it may be time to move on. I’m not sure what I’m looking for – it could be a person, place or just a vibe – but I am sure I will have fun finding “It”!!

Stay tuned for stories, adventures, campground and hike reviews, crazy antics, etc. Oh, and this will be my home for a while. Can you imagine living in about 100 square feet?! That will be an adventure in and of itself!
