Goodbye to a loyal ride

How do you write an obituary for a car?! Sydney was a good one. He was purchased at a very traumatic time of my life – I hardly remember how I ended up with him, but he has served me well. We’ve had so many adventures …. Days in the mountains, trips across the desert, traveling the entire country pulling my temporary home, and we even travelled internationally!! I wish he could have got me all the way back to Colorado, but it wasn’t meant to be and we fell 9 days short – So close! Thank God we were close to family and good friends when he gave up.

We had a good run and he is greatly appreciated. Bye Syd and thanks for everything!

So, with this little speed bump, I am kind of stuck until I figure out a new mode of transportation. I’m working on it and have some awesome angel helpers, but dang! Cars are expensive!

I’ll fill you in soon. Take care.
